I have bought seceral used cars from here and cars are always great never anything wrong with them as wht i go back but sometimes the paperwork is not what was said to you. Check and read everything before signing it and ask questions. Thought was a cosigner and actually was main person on loan not happy with that and they never said anything about switching it. From first contact to driving off the lot these guys were there for me. My truck had broken down one morning putting me in a vulnerable situation. First off, I couldn’t get to work. Second, I still owed money on the thing! I had to find a reliable car fast and I didn’t have many options to choose from. When I called, I felt hopeful that this place was a great choice. Not only did Joe and Keith drive to me for me to check a car out, but they even allowed me to drive it back to the shop as a test run! My husband and I have purchased two vehicles from Ron at Hatfield. When we needed the second one we knew to try talking to Ron before going anywhere else because we had such a good experience the first time. He is a wonderful person and takes good care of those who walk through the door. Him and Chaz made sure we were able to get the second vehicle we wanted- with reasonable payments.
